The deal between you and First100.

First100 is operated by Optimize Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying The Kit, you agree to these terms.

First100 surfaces communities where your customers gather and generates engagement playbooks for each one. The free tier includes the top three communities and their playbooks. The Kit (one-time payment) unlocks the full set of communities for one business.

The communities and playbooks are AI-generated. We curate the prompts and validate the structure, but we don't guarantee that any specific community will accept your post, that you won't be banned, or that you'll land any particular number of customers. Use the playbooks as a starting point; adapt to what each community actually rewards.

You sign in by magic link. Keep your inbox secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

One person per account. During private beta we limit you to one business per account. If you need to run more than one, email hello@thefirst100.io and we'll set you up.

• The Kit is a one-time payment of €79 per business and unlocks lifetime access to that business's full playbook set.
• The Sprint is €299 for a 60-minute 1-on-1 session. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the booked time are fully refundable.
• Kit refunds:if you're not happy with the playbooks for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund in full. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
• Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your card details.

• Don't use First100 to spam or scrape communities at scale.
• Don't resell, redistribute, or republish the playbook content as a competing product.
• Don't reverse-engineer the prompts or attempt to extract our system prompts via the UI or API.
• Don't share your account login with people outside your company.

Violations may lead to account suspension without refund.

You retain ownership of the business inputs and progress notes you submit. We use them only to run the service for you (see Privacy). You grant us a limited licence to process them for that purpose.

Playbooks generated for your business are yours to use commercially. You can copy, adapt, and post them under your own name without attribution.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages happen. Critical incidents are surfaced via the application UI.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of First100 is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost data, missed opportunities).

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@thefirst100.io. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms; we'll tell you why when we do.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Optimize Labs is registered. Disputes go to the competent courts there.
